For much of the season, Celtic have been crying out for a penalty taker, and the Irishman is certainly that man.
Having joined on transfer deadline day, Idah’s impact has been instantaneous for Celtic, and tonight he has taken his chance to prove himself despite doubts over his goalscoring record at Norwich City.

With Celtic in the midst of a title race, Idah’s goals are already proving vital to the cause. To have such a calm player from the spot will undoubtedly prove crucial in retaining the Scottish Premiership title.
Idah ultimately carried Celtic victory and if the Bhoys can improve their performances the club has a striker to rely on the most pressured situations.
