Adam Idah Makes Honest Admission About Post-match Celtic Celebrations

Celtic striker Adam Idah was the hero for the Hoops on Wednesday evening, his two penalties ensuring The Bhoys came away from Easter Road deserved 2-1 winners. The Irishman took the pressure of taking a late, game-deciding spot-kick in his stride, rattling it into the bottom left corner.

He was given the Man of the Match award after the game, continuing what has been a productive start to life in Glasgow. In just two appearances, the Irishman has registered three vital goal contributions.

A hero among the supporters already, it was Idah who led the celebrations after the final whistle on Wednesday. At first, he didn’t look too eager but he soon got into the groove of things.

The 22-year-old admitted after the game that his teammates need to educate him more about the celebrations. He said (The Celtic Way): “I think they need to teach me a bit more of that!”

Should the Ireland internationalist keep on with his current performances, he will be leading the scenes of jubilation after every game. So far, his impact in Scotland has been emphatic, and few are currently matching his early form.
