These players are never off the sick bed and Rodgers is putting points at risk by over-protecting them when all the have is niggles. It’s time for the lot of them to man up and start showing some consistency other than consitency on the sick bed. Ange Postecoglu had a philosophy that was “we never stop”. He made the players run their hearts out for 90+ minutes and had great success. Rodgers does not impose the same phiosophy and it shows. He needs to get a grip or he won’t have a job in a couple of months. The buck ultimately stops with the manager. He has to get those guys wanting to play for him again. No more absences due to niggles please!! Get them out there on the park to play through the pain barrier if necessary.
