Celtic left-back Greg Taylor has revealed what he thinks the most disheartening thing about his team has been recently.
Speaking after the frustrating 1-1 draw with Kilmarnock at the weekend, the full-back, along with Joe Hart and Callum McGregor, spearheaded a serious crisis chat about the current state of affairs.
Yet again on Saturday, the Hoops dropped crucial Premiership points. David Watson’s last-gasp equaliser was no more than what Killie deserved, but Taylor thinks The Bhoys should have been more goals ahead than they were by that point.

They didn’t create many significant opportunities to kill the game in the closing stages, which is what exasperates Taylor: “When there’s a team that has played against you man for man for an hour or 65 minutes, we should be coming into our own in the last 20, 25 minutes”, he said (Glasgow Times).
“That’s the time when we should really be putting these teams to bed, so that’s probably the most disappointing thing.”
For Celtic over the past few weeks, getting that elusive second goal has proved an arduous task. Not taking a comfortable advantage at the weekend cost them in the end.
Killie sensed a fear factor within the ground and got their vital equaliser. Had the Celts been 2-0 up, though, things could have been rather different.
