Celtic winger Nicolas Kuhn impressed in his side’s 4-2 Scottish Cup victory over Livingston on Sunday afternoon.
Before the weekend’s match, the German wide-man was yet to put his talents on show in Glasgow. Other than a deflected goal at Pittodrie in a disheartening 1-1 draw, he had nothing to show for the six Hoops appearances he’d made prior to the Livi game.
In Yang’s absence, he got the nod, though, and put in his best performance in a green and white jersey to date. The 24-year-old continually looked to take on his man whether it be on the inside or out.

He floated a wonderful, deep cross into the box for Daizen Maeda’s opener, before coming off with just under 15 minutes to go.
After his first home start for Celtic, Kuhn posted on Instagram:
Next weekend against St. Johnstone, if he is fit, Kuhn will likely get the nod. Supporters will hope his performance yesterday was a catalyst for a fruitful run of form heading into the run-in.
Despite leaving many fans frustrated previously, the wide-man took the bull by the horns on Sunday, but there is still a long way to go before he hits the heights expected of him.
